JVV Properties Rental Agreement Terms
By registering for a property through JVV Properties, you agree to the following terms:
1. Rental Payments
Rent is due on the agreed payment date each month. Late payments may incur penalties as specified in your lease agreement.
2. Property Care
You agree to maintain the property in good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly to management.
3. Deposit
A deposit is required as specified for your unit. This deposit will be held for the duration of your lease and returned subject to the condition of the property upon departure.
4. Notice Period
A minimum notice period of one calendar month is required before vacating the property.
5. Prohibited Activities
Subletting, illegal activities, and any actions that disturb other tenants or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
6. Access
Management reserves the right to access the property for inspections and maintenance with reasonable notice.
7. Personal Information
Your personal information including ID number is collected for verification purposes and lease documentation. This information is kept confidential and secure.
